How many tiramisu cups per guest?

Sizing a tower is part guest count, part what else is on the menu. Here is the rule of thumb we use when quoting Melbourne events.

Default

One cup per guest, plus 10%

For a wedding or engagement where the tower is the main dessert, plan one cup per guest plus a 10% buffer for seconds and broken coupes during set-up.

With other dessert

Shared dessert station

If you also have a grazing dessert table, fruit platters or wedding cake, drop to 0.7 cups per guest. Guests pick and choose.

Kids

Kids and elders

Children and elders often share a coupe. If your guest list skews young or older, we discount the cup count accordingly.
