We're based in Melbourne and we only do this one thing. Every tower is built by hand in our kitchen, delivered to your venue, styled on arrival, and packed down at the end of the night. You get the dessert moment without the stress of organising it.
Why people pick a tower over a wedding cake
The maths is the part most people don't realise until they sit down and work it out.
A traditional wedding cake for 100 guests usually lands somewhere between $800 and $2,500. Then you pay a cutting fee. Then half of it gets left on plates because people are full from dinner. Then your venue charges you to deal with the leftovers.
A tower replaces all of that. One price. No cutting fee. No plating staff. No waste, because guests only take what they'll actually eat. And the dessert moment becomes the thing they post, not a five-second photo of someone holding a knife.
Here's the honest version though. A cake is still the right call if your wedding is very formal, if the cake-cutting tradition matters a lot to you or your family, or if your venue has strict rules about external desserts. We'll tell you straight if a tower isn't the best fit for your event.
Who books us
Most of our work is weddings. After that, engagement parties, milestone birthdays (30ths, 40ths, 50ths, 60ths), corporate events, christenings, and the occasional baby shower or hens.
Guest counts usually sit between 40 and 250. We've done smaller, we've done larger. The tower scales with the headcount, so a 50-guest engagement gets a different build than a 200-guest wedding.
Flavours we offer
Six core flavours, all built on the same stabilised mascarpone base:
- Classic. The original. Espresso-soaked savoiardi, mascarpone cream, dusted cocoa. This is what most people picture when they think tiramisu.
- Biscoff. Caramelised biscuit through the cream and crumbled on top. The most-requested flavour for younger crowds.
- Pistachio. Real Sicilian pistachio paste folded through the mascarpone. Rich, nutty, slightly sweeter than the classic.
- Limoncello. Lemon liqueur and lemon curd. Bright, fresh, works really well for spring and summer weddings.
- Nutella. Hazelnut and chocolate. Polarising in the best way. People who love it ask for it specifically.
- Tiramisu Affogato. Coffee-forward. Closer to a dessert-and-coffee-in-one. Good for late-evening events.
You can pick one flavour for the whole tower or mix up to three. Mixed towers cost the same as single-flavour, but they take more planning, so let us know early.
How many cups you need
A rough guide for planning:
- 50 guests: around 55 to 65 cups
- 80 guests: around 85 to 95 cups
- 100 guests: around 110 to 120 cups
- 150 guests: around 165 to 180 cups
- 200 guests: around 220 to 240 cups
- 300 guests: usually two towers, around 330 cups total
We always build in a 10 to 20 per cent buffer because guests come back for seconds more often than you'd think, especially with the Biscoff and Pistachio flavours.

Will it melt at a summer wedding
This is the question we get most often, especially for January and February events. The short answer is no.
The mascarpone we use is triple-stabilised, which means it holds its structure for six hours or more at normal venue temperatures. We've delivered to outdoor receptions on 38-degree days without a single collapse. That said, we'll always recommend an indoor or shaded setup if your venue has the option, and we time the build so the tower goes up as close to dessert service as possible.
